摘要
水库水电站液压启闭机闸门下滑故障,对于水库水电站稳定及安全运行,存在严重的影响;文章以安徽龙河口水库牛角冲水电站液压启闭机闸门下滑故障为研究对象,通过对其故障原因进行深入分析,提出有效的故障处理方法和预防措施.有效解决了闸门下滑问题,并结合该水库水电站的实际情况,提出了一些预防技术.以期为同领域内的液压启闭机闸门下滑故障处理及预防提供参考.
Abstract
The gate sliding fault of hydraulic hoist has serious impact on the stability and safe operation of the reservoir hydropower station.In the paper,the causes of the gate sliding of Longhekou Reservoir Niujiaochong Hydropower Station are analyzed,the effective fault treatment method and prevention measures are proposed.The gate sliding has been effectively controlled.The gate sliding prevention technique is proposed based on the experiences of the gate sliding fault treatment of Niujiaochong Hydropower Station so as to provide references for gate sliding fault treatment and prevention of the hydraulic hoist in the same field.
