摘要
为实现人水和谐,某县全面加强水资源、水生态、水环境、水灾害统筹治理,对某河道进行疏浚、岸坡防护治理、支沟口护砌等综合治理.结合该河道实际情况,确保重点,点线结合,以点带线,兼顾全线,充分考虑洪涝规律和上下游、左右岸关系以及国民经济对防洪的需求.某河岸坡防护、河道疏浚等综合治理工程设计,在确定治理方式时,既要考虑堤防、疏浚等工程措施,也要在有条件的地方适当考虑留足滩地,蓄洪滞洪,给河流以空间.
Abstract
In order to achieve the harmony between people and water,the overall management of water resources,water ecology,water environment and water disasters are strengthened,and comprehensive river regulation are carried out,including channel dredging,bank slope protection,and masonry works of branch ditches.Based on the actual situation of the river,in the design of the project,full consideration is given to the law of flooding,the upstream and downstream,the left and right banks,as well as the importance of flood control to development of the national economy.In the design of comprehensive treatment engineering such as bank slope protection and river dredging,besides the engineering measures such as embankments and dredging,adequate beachland should be considered for flood retention storage.
