Measures for Strengthening the Quality Supervision of Rural Water Conservancy Projects Under the New Situation
At present,the water conservancy industry has ushered in new opportunity for high-quality development.In order to implement the strategic deployment for ensuring food security by healthy development of agricultural production,building beautiful countryside suitable for living and working,the State Council has put forward new requirements to water conservancy sector.Li Guoying--Minister of Water Resources asked"to consolidate the water conservancy foundation for all-round rural revitalization".For this purpose,the quality management of rural water conservancy projects should be enhanced.In the paper the problems in quality supervision of rural water conservancy projects under the new situation are analyzed and the specific suggestions on strengthening the quality supervision of the rural water conservancy projects are provided.
