摘要
质量是水利工程建设的重中之重,文章围绕如何提升质量监督工作效能,为新阶段水利工作高质量发展提供有力支撑进行了分析研究.结合全国质量监督履职调研情况,从质量监督机构设置、监督人员及经费保障情况和监督履职能力情况三方面对质量监督工作现状进行分析,并总结出当前面临的三大困难,针对困难提出应对措施建议.
Abstract
Quality is the top priority of water conservancy engineering construction.The article analyzes and studies how to improve the effectiveness of quality supervision,and provide strong support for the high-quality development of water conservancy work in the new stage.Based on the investigation of national quality supervision performance,this article analyzes the establishment of quality supervision institutions,allocation of supervision personnel and guarantee of supervision funds,and supervision performance capabilities.It summarizes the three major difficulties faced by current quality supervision work and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to address these difficulties.
