摘要
随着时代的进步和社会的发展,水利事业单位在国民经济和社会发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色.然而,人力资源管理作为水利事业单位的核心工作之一,其现状却存在一些问题,需要采取相应的对策进行改进.因此,有必要对水利事业单位人力资源管理的现状进行深入分析,并提出相应的对策,以促进其健康发展.
Abstract
With the progress of the times and the development of society,water conservancy institutions are playing an increasingly important role in the national economy and social development.As one of the core tasks of water conservancy institutions,some problems still exist in human resources management,and corresponding measures should be taken for improvement.Therefore,it is necessary to make an in-depth analysis of the current situation of human resources management in water conservancy institutions,and propose corresponding countermeasures to promote the healthy development of human resources management.
