水位流量关系定线是水文测站内业的一个关键环节,对汛期报汛和水文资料最终成果质量都有重大影响。文章在详细分析手工定线不同阶段的作业内容、方式、技术要求基础上,确定了人机交互、计算机辅助定线的工作模式。采用动态标签窗口技术解决了多条曲线辨识、应用、编辑难题,而且曲线条数不受限制。该项目成果已在黄委和多个省区水文系统得到示范应用,取得了一定的社会和经济效益。
Discussion on the Intelligent Alignment of Water Level and Discharge
Water level-discharge relationship alignment is a key link in hydrologic station,which has a great influence on flood season forecast and hydrologic data quality.Based on the detailed analysis of the content,mode and technical requirements of different stages of manual alignment,the working mode of man-machine interaction and computer-aided alignment is determined.Dynamic label window technology is used to solve many curve identification,application,editing problems,and the number of curves is not limited.The results of the project have been applied in the Yellow River Conservancy Commission and hydrological sectors in many provinces and regions,and some social and economic benefits have been achieved.
