摘要

随着地质灾害监测技术的进步,多源异构数据融合技术在富水软岩地区的地质灾害监测领域愈发显得至关重要.文章首先阐述了多源数据融合技术的重要性,涵盖了数据集成、实时监测、风险评估以及预警发布等多个方面.随后文章探讨了数据预处理、特征工程、模型构建与优化等关键技术环节,并进一步地分析了实时监测与预警系统的构建策略,包括智能化数据处理、模型调度算法优化以及预警信息发布策略.最后总结了多源异构数据融合技术在提升地质灾害监测预警的准确性、实时性以及决策支持能力方面的贡献,并对未来发展趋向进行了展望.

Abstract

With the advancement of geological disaster monitoring technology,multi-source heterogeneous data fusion technology has become increasingly crucial in the field of geological disaster monitoring in water-rich soft rock areas.The article first discusses the importance of multi-source data fusion technology,covering various aspects such as data integration,real-time monitoring,risk assessment,and early warning release.Then,the article explores key technical aspects including data preprocessing,feature engineering,model construction and optimization.It further analyzes the construction strategies for real-time monitoring and early warning systems,including intelligent data processing,model scheduling algorithm optimization,and early warning information release strategies.Finally,it summarizes the contributions of multi-source heterogeneous data fusion technology in enhancing the accuracy,real-time nature,and decision support capabilities of geological disaster monitoring and early warning,and looks forward to future development trends.
