Construction Schedule Management and Risk Control of Waterway Lock Project
The construction schedule management of water conservancy projects is an important part of the entire water conservancy project construction management,which directly affects the benefits of engineering construction.Based on the actual situation of a waterway ship lock construction,this paper analyzes the construction schedule management and risk control measures of the project.The results show that it is necessary to make thorough understanding of the engineering situation,analyze the factors that affect the construction progress of the project based on the construction site environment,and work out targeted risk control measures to ensure the orderly promotion of water conservancy project construction.
