Evaluation of the Living Standard of Immigrants of Chushandian Reservoir Project
In the process of reservoir construction,the project entity promoted the construction progress with great efforts.At the same time,the local government has undertaken the important work of resettlement.With the joint efforts of all participating units and the persistent efforts of resettlement workers,Xinyang City has successfully finished this onerous task.After the the completion of resettlement work,the evaluation of the living standard of the residents in the resettlement villages has become a key indicator to measure the effectiveness of resettlement.By investigating the production conditions,living environment and income level of the immigrants,this study makes an objective and fair evaluation from the third party's point of view,so that the relevant departments can timely find out the actual effect,existing problems and causes,and the improvement measures for land acquisition and resettlement.The study results not only ensures the smooth realization of the resettlement goals,but also helps to gain an in-depth understanding of the social,economic and cultural conditions of the resettlement areas and provides valuable experience for other resettlement projects.
