Prediction of Flowing Yield of Long Distance Diversion Tunnel Based on GA-RF
The long distance has become a new feature of future tunnel engineering,in which the sudden water influx of long distance water diversion tunnel will seriously affect the excavation progress, construction safety, and operation and maintenance of the tunnel. It is necessary to accurately predict the flowing yield of the tunnel to control the water gushing problem. This paper focuses on the long distance diversion tunnel of a large water conservancy project in Xinjiang.Geological structure, permeability, precipitation and head height are selected as the evaluation indicators for the flowing yield.A predictive model for tunnel flowing yield is constructed based on GA-RF.The values of flowing yield in tunnels predicted with the model is compared with the actual values, and the results indicate that the model predicted values have small errors and high accuracy. Therefore, this model can effectively predict tunnel flowing yield, providing guidance for managing sudden water influx at tunnel construction sites.
