Research on Linkage Mechanism of Intellectual Property Protection Integration in the Yangtze River Delta Region
Promoting the integrated development of intellectual property rights in the Yangtze River Delta region is of great significance to the implementation of the two national strategies of intellectual property rights power and the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region.In recent years,three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta region have made a series of important deployments and explorations for the integrated development of intellectual property protection,pro-moting regional intellectual property cooperation from the macro to the concrete,and forming a good demonstration effect.However,in terms of the linkage mechanism of intellectual property protection integration,there are still problems such as unsound policy coordination mechanism,immature infor-mation resource sharing mechanism,unsmooth law enforcement collaboration mechanism and imper-fect judicial collaborative protection mechanism,which restrict the level of regional intellectual prop-erty protection integration.Based on the analysis of the integration mode of intellectual property pro-tection in typical regions outside the region,it is proposed that the Yangtze River Delta region should be based on the regional reality,take the development of new quality productive forces as an opportu-nity,and improve the linkage mechanism of intellectual property protection integration from the as-pects of improving the regional legislative coordination system,promoting the smooth flow of infor-mation resources,optimizing the content of law enforcement agreement and unifying judicial judgment standards,so as to promote the high-quality development of regional intellectual property protection integration,and constantly write a new chapter in the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region.
