摘要

为解决手功能康复难题,针对康复科医生手动刺激患者指部缓解痉挛的治疗方法,文章设计一款基于指部感觉刺激的手功能康复平台系统,该系统分为康复训练装置、下位机控制系统、上位机控制软件3个部分.为治疗不同程度的手功能障碍患者,根据不同按压力度设置3种训练模式;根据表面肌电信号设计一种定量评估手功能康复效果的方法,通过识别患者手指伸展的手势情况进行评估;最后通过样机试验测试,证明该手功能康复系统能够代替医生进行手部刺激训练并能对康复效果进行定量评估,大大提高按压刺激的精准度和效率.该文研究结果可为手功能康复治疗提供一种有效的康复训练装置.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of hand function rehabilitation,a hand function rehabilitation platform system based on sensory stimulation of the finger was designed for rehabilitation doctors to manually stimulate patients to relieve spasm.The system was divided into three parts:rehabilitation training device,lower com-puter control system,and upper computer control software.In order to treat patients with different degree of hand dysfunction,three training modes were set up according to different pressing forces.Based on the sur-face electromyogram(sEMG)signal,a quantitative method was designed to evaluate the rehabilitation effect of hand function by recognizing the patient's finger extension gestures.Finally,through the experimental test of the prototype,it is proved that the hand function rehabilitation system can replace the doctor for hand stimu-lation training and quantitative evaluation of the rehabilitation effect,which greatly improves the precision and efficiency of pressing stimulation.The results can provide an effective rehabilitation training device for the re-habilitation of hand function.
