This paper researches the impact of uncertain factors such as environment,economy,policy and technology on the power grid investment decision-making.The necessity of investment is valuated based on the standard net present value(NPV),internal rate of return(IRR)and static payback period from an economic perspective.The method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is presented to analyze the weight of the main factors affecting investment.Meanwhile,the importance of uncertain factors for investment is revealed.Thus,the profit and loss can be more comprehensively predicted in the process of investment.The knowledge graph is utilized to visually sort the various factors.The pro-posed model can extract information and update data dynamically to ensure the reliability.Case analy-sis shows that the method with the combination of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and knowledge graph can effectively predict uncertain factors and ensure the accuracy of investment decision-making,which is an effective method for predicting uncertain factors in power grid investment.
