Evaluation of ecological and health risks of soil heavy metals in industrial agglomeration areas in southern Anhui
In order to explore the ecological and health risks of heavy metals in the soil of industrial ag-glomeration areas in southern Anhui, this paper selected Qingyang County,a typical representative area,to obtain the heavy metal content of four types of land for mining, industry, residence and in-dustrial parks through field investigation, and analyzed the spatial distribution characteristics,pollu-tion degree, traceability, ecological risks and health risks of heavy metals Cu,Ni,As,Cd,Hg and Pb in the surface soil. The results show that the spatial distribution of heavy metal content in the sur-face soil in the study area is significantly different, and presents a trend of high in the north and low in the south, high in the west and low in the east. There are strong potential ecological risks in the northern part of the study area, and the potential risk index of industrial and residential areas is rela-tively high.In terms of health effects, oral ingestion is the main risk pathway, the effects of Pb and As are much higher than those of other heavy metals, and the impact on children is higher than on a-dults.Heavy metal Ni mainly comes from the mining industry and industrial parks, heavy metals Pb and Hg mainly come from industrial and residential areas, heavy metal Cd mainly comes from industri-al areas, and the sources of heavy metals Cu and As are relatively average.
