针对稠密机结构复杂、关联参数众多和设计过程繁琐导致的传统设计方式效率低下问题,文章提出一种面向对象的稠密机知识驱动设计方法.该方法基于参数化原理,采用知识工程(knowledge based engi-neering,KBE)技 术模拟专家设计,利用面向对象的思想进行知识表达,并针对基于案例的推理(case-based reasoning,CBR)提出一种新的案例选择方法.利用构建的稠密机辅助设计系统进行验证,结果表明,面向对象的知识驱动设计方法能显著缩短稠密机的设计周期、规范设计过程、提高设计质量.文章所提方法对于稠密机及其他工业产品的智能化、自动化设计具有一定的参考价值.
Study on object-oriented knowledge-driven design method for dense machine
Aiming at the low efficiency of traditional design methods caused by complex structure,nu-merous associated parameters and cumbersome design process of dense machine,this study proposes an object-oriented knowledge-driven design method for dense machine.This method is based on pa-rameterization principle,uses knowledge based engineering(KBE)technology to simulate expert de-sign,uses object-oriented thinking to express knowledge,and proposes a case selection method based on degree of difference for case-based reasoning(CBR).The effectiveness of this method is verified by constructing a dense machine auxiliary design system.The results show that the design method pro-posed in this paper can significantly shorten the design cycle of dense machine,standardize the design process,and improve the design quality.This method has reference value for the intelligent and auto-matic design of dense machine and other industrial products.
