外派人员在对外文化交流与传播中是一股不可忽视的力量.当前安徽省外派人员培训方案的弊端在于,文化培训缺乏系统性,多停留在"生存培训"阶段,忽视中国文化的对外传播,尤其是对当代思想文化的传播.这与"传播中国文化,讲述中国故事"的文化传播目标存在差距.将当代文化培训应融入到现有的培训方案中,通过"典故导引"的方式,溯源文化核心词,联系传统与当代文化,从而有效提升外派人员的文化传播能力.
On Pathways to Enhancing Cultural Communication Abili-ties of Overseas Personnel in Anhui Province
The role of expatriates in cultural exchange and communication with other countries cannot be ignored.However,the current training programs for these personnel in Anhui Province have the shortcoming of inadequate systematic cultural training.They often prioritize survival training over pro-moting Chinese culture,especially contemporary ideological and cultural communication.This contra-dicts the strategic goal of cultural dissemination,which aims to promote Chinese culture and narrate the Chinese story.This article proposes the integration of cultural modules into existing training pro-grams to enhance effectively the cultural communication abilities of personnel sent abroad.This can be accomplished through the method of"allusion guidance",which involves tracing the origins of key cultural concepts and connecting traditional and contemporary cultures.By doing so,can expatriates be ensured to be well-equipped for effective communication and Chinese culture dissemination.
