On the Loupling and Loordination of Digital Technology Development and New Urbanization
Based on the coupling and coordination mechanism of new urbanization and digital technolo-gy development,taking the provincial level of China from 2013 to 2020 as the research object,the fac-tor analysis method,entropy weight method,coupling coordination degree and spatial measurement model are used to study the coupling and coordination of new urbanization and digital technology de-velopment and driving factors.The research findings are:In terms of time,the level of coordinated de-velopment has developed from the initial extreme imbalance to good coordination,and the overall cou-pling coordination is in good condition;From the perspective of space,the coordination type is domi-nated by good coordination at the intermediate level.On the whole,it presents a spatial distribution and evolution pattern of"high in the southeast,low in the northwest"and the southeast spreading to all regions of the country.The coupling and coordination degree of new urbanization and digital tech-nology development in each province has a significant spatial effect.The per capita financial expendi-ture,education level,resident consumption level and industrial structure in each province will signifi-cantly promote the coupling and coordination of the two,while the urban-rural income ratio will signifi-cantly reduce the two.At the same time,each driving factor will also have an indirect impact on the coupling coordination degree of adjacent areas.Finally,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions in terms of strengthening system construction,creating characteristic development path and promoting factor driving.
