Termination is the necessary system design for the normal operation of rural collective eco-nomic organizations.Its identity is only the representative of collective ownership,which has the dual attributes of economic development and public service.The termination of rural collective economic organizations will not shake the collective ownership,nor will it cause their functions to fail,and the perfect withdrawal mechanism will enhance the market benefit of the collective economy.At the pres-ent stage,there are some problems in the termination system of rural collective economic organizations,such as the limited scope of dissolution,different application attitudes of bankruptcy under high liabili-ties,and unclear definition of the scope of liability property.In this regard,the scope of cause for disso-lution should be expanded on the basis of merger and division,and voluntary dissolution and illegal forced dissolution should be added;the debt problem should be solved through non-bankruptcy ways,such as debt sharing and instalment repayment,and promoting the rural collective economic organiza-tions'income;the boundary between responsible property and collective assets should be clarified,and the scope of responsible property should be determined through classification of property sources.
