Research on the Practical Strategies for Promoting Farming and Reading Education in Agricultural Universities
The cultivation and reading culture not only embodies the national spirit of Chinese people's diligence,sincerity,and self-improvement,but also an important component of China's excellent tradi-tional culture.Accelerating the promotion of farming and reading education in agricultural universities is the inheritance and development of cultivation and reading culture,and also an effective channel for carrying out labor education in the new era.At present,agricultural universities are facing difficulties in carrying out farming and reading education,such as outdated school farming and reading education curriculum system,insufficient security system,and lack of campus spiritual civilization construction.In the new era,promoting farming and reading education in these'universities should start from three aspects:building a high-quality curriculum system,strengthening the guarantee mechanism for farming and reading education infrastructure,and creating a spiritual and cultural atmosphere for campus farm-ing and reading education,further cultivate the patriotism and professional qualities of talents,acceler-ate the opening up of new scopes for farming and reading education,promote agricultural moderniza-tion,and achieve rural revitalization,the construction of a cultural power.
