基于对标分析的城市超级IP打造路径选择——以"中国铜艺之都"为例

科学运用超级IP思维有助于相关城市实现超常规、跨越式发展,更能帮助铜陵等资源枯竭型城市实现转型发展.在总结和借鉴标杆经验的基础上,结合铜陵市政策和相关实践的现状,通过战略定位、备选方案和IP内容三个层面的分析,提出立足铜工业的同时发展相关IP产业,并侧重于基于铜工艺打造产品类IP为主、内容类IP为辅的"中国铜艺之都"超级IP的具体路径建议.相关研究结论对借助打造城市超级IP实现超常规高质量发展、最终实现共同富裕具有理论依据意义和实践指导价值.
Abstract
The scientific application of super IP thinking could help relevant cities realize super-con-ventional and great-leap-forward development,and more importantly,it can help Tongling City and other resource-exhausted cities realize transformation development.Based on summary and reference of bench-marking experience,combined with the current policy and relevant practice of Tongling City,through analysis of strategic positioning,alternative solutions and IP content,the paper put for-ward specific suggestions for developing related IP industries based on copper industry,and focused on building a super IP of Copper Art City of China(CACC)based on copper technology with product IP as the main and content IP as the auxiliary.Relevant research conclusions have theoretical signifi-cance and practical guiding value for realizing super conventional high-quality development and ulti-mately common prosperity with help of building urban super IP.
