新质生产力视域下高校大学生就业能力培养探析

摘要
新质生产力作为中国式现代化建设的重要推动力量,对教育强国的建设也具有重大战略意义.高校作为新质生产力中高素质劳动者培育的基地,学生就业质量不仅是检验我国高等教育高质量发展的"试金石",同时也是人才转化为新质成产力的重要驱动力.基于新质生产力视域对当前高校就业工作所面临的挑战与机遇进行深入剖析,探讨高校应如何在新质生产力的框架下,优化就业服务体系,进而提升大学生的就业质量.
Abstract
As an important driving force of Chinese modernization,new quality productivity is also of great strategic significance to the construction of a powerful education country.As a base for cultivat-ing high-quality workers in the new quality productivity,the quality of student employment is not only a touchstone for testing the high-quality development of higher education in China,but also a crucial impetus for transforming talents into new quality productivity.Therefore,from this perspective,we will deeply analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by the current employment work in colleges and universities,and discuss how to optimize the employment service system and improve the employment quality of graduates under the threshold of new quality productivity.
