A New Localization Set for the US-eigenvalues of a Tensor
For the localization of the US-eigenvalues of a complex tensor,a new localization set of the US-eigenvalues is constructed and proved that it is more accurate than many existing localization sets.As application,an upper bound of the US-spectral radius is obtained.Finally,a numerical example is given to verify the correctness of the obtained theoretical results in this paper.
