摘要
含油污水的去除以及生活用水的净化是如今环境治理的难题之一.本研究基于牺牲模板法,通过热处理MXene纳米片包覆阳离子型聚苯乙烯微球(CPS@MXene)获得疏水性的中空MXene微球(HSMX),并通过添加一定比例的羟基化碳纳米管(CNT-OH)和适量聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS),采用真空抽滤工艺在聚四氟乙烯(PVDF)底膜上制备了疏水性PDMS/CNT/HSMX复合膜.该膜具有优异的油水分离性能,对四氯化碳油包水乳液的分离效率达到98.8%,分离通量高达470 L/m2·h·bar,并具有良好的可循环使用性.
Abstract
The removal of oily sewage and the purification of domestic water is one of the current envi-ronmental treatment problems.In this study,hydrophobic hollow MXene microspheres(HSMX)were prepared by thermal treating the cationic polystyrene microspheres coated with MXene nanosheets(CPS@MXene)via a sacrificing-template method.Hydrophobic PDMS/CNT/HSMX composite mem-branes were prepared on the polytetrafluoroethylene(PVDF)bottom membrane by adding a certain proportion of hydroxylated carbon nanotubes(CNT-OH)and an appropriate amount of polydimethyl-siloxane(PDMS)through a vacuum assisted filtration method.The membrane exhibited good oil-wa-ter separation performance,with a separation efficiency of 98.8%for water-in-oil emulsion of carbon tetrachloride and a separation flux of 470 L/m2·h·bar.In addition,the composite membrane showed good recyclability.
