为探究应用型高校创新型人才培养新模式,从大学本科生创新教育中突出存在的问题入手,以化工、材料类专业为例,实践了基于专业课程为载体、学科竞赛为契机、课程思政为价值引领的"1234"人才培养创新模式.突出"以学生为中心"1个中心,构建"价值塑造"和"能力培养"2个内涵,依托"课程思政""学科竞赛"和"项目孵化"3个着力点,推动"应用型创新人才培养""毕业生就业质量""专业课程思政建设"和"教师实践教学能力"4个方面协同发展.该实践与探索为应用型高校新工科类专业的创新型人才培养提供经验支持.
Exploration of Students'Innovative Ability and Teaching and Learning in the Perspective of Course-based Ideological and Political Education:Driven by Discipline Competition as Practice
To explore the new mode of cultivating innovative talents in applied universities,here,the outstanding problems in the innovation education of college students in applied universities were ana-lyzed.Taking chemical and materials majors as an example,we have practiced the"1234"talent culti-vation innovation model based on professional courses as the carrier,disciplinary competitions as the opportunity,and the value of course-based ideological and political education as a leader.It High-lights one centre of"student-centred",constructs two connotations of"value shaping"and"ability cul-tivation",and relies on three focuses of the"course-based ideological and political education","disci-pline competition"and"project incubation",then,promotes the synergistic development of four as-pects of"training of innovative talents with application","quality of employment of graduates","con-struction of professional curriculum civics"and"teachers'practical teaching ability".The practice and exploration provide experience support for the cultivation of innovative talents in new engineering dis-ciplines in applied universities.
