海洋钻井隔水管张紧环上壳体焊接工艺研究

为解决海洋钻井隔水管张紧环上壳体整体锻造加工技术难题,张紧环上壳体以焊接件代替整体锻件.上壳体为大厚度钢板焊接结构,采用T型接头、K形坡口、CJP焊缝等方式.通过分析上壳体的具体结构,合理设计上壳体的焊接顺序;采用带限位板接头的试板,开展焊接工艺评定试验,试验结果符合设计要求.研制出的海洋隔水管张紧环上壳体能够为相关海洋水下装备复杂结构零件的"以焊代锻"工艺提供参考.
To solve the technical problem of integral forging processing for the upper cover of the tension ring of marine drilling riser,welded parts are used instead of integral forgings for the upper cover of the tension ring.The upper cover adopts a thick steel plate welding structure,with T-joints,K-grooves,and CJP welds.By analyzing the specific structure of the upper cover,the welding sequence of the upper cover was reasonably designed.The welding process qualification test was completed using a test plate with a limit plate joint,and the test results met the design requirements.The developed upper cover of the tensioning ring for marine riser can provide a reference for the"welding instead of forging"process of complex structural parts in related marine underwater equipment.
