X65管线钢非金属夹杂物演变规律分析

为优化X65管线钢综合性能,减少非金属夹杂物对钢性能的影响,开展了X65管线钢中非金属夹杂物演变规律探究.通过工业化试验,对X65在精炼以及浇铸过程中的LF进站、LF出站、VD破空、喂钙线结束、软吹结束、中间包开浇时及铸坯、热轧板上分别取钢水样和钢样进行检测分析.结果显示,LF进站时与出站时相比,非金属夹杂物类型和形状发生变化;VD破空后与钙处理后相比,非金属夹杂物类型和含量发生变化;软吹结束、中间包、连铸坯、热轧板钢中非金属夹杂物类型未有明显变化,但数量及含量发生变化.因此,采取相应优化措施,可有效控制钢中非金属夹杂物类型、大小及含量.
Analysis of Evolution Law of Nonmetallic Inclusions in X65 Pipeline Steel
In order to optimize the comprehensive properties of X65 pipeline steel and reduce the influence of non-metallic inclusions on the properties of steel,the evolution law of non-metallic inclusions in X65 pipeline steel was investigated.Through the industrial test,the samples of LF inlet,LF outlet,VD void breaking,end of calcium feeding line,end of soft blowing,opening of tundish,as well as on the casting billet and hot rolled plate.The results show that the type and shape of non-metallic inclusions change when LF enters and leaves the station.The types and contents of nonmetallic inclusions changed after VD clearance compared with calcium treatment.The types of nonmetallic inclusions in soft blown,tundish,continuous casting billet and hot rolled sheet steel have not changed obviously,but the quantity and content have changed.According to the test results,the type,size and content of non-metallic inclusions in steel can be effectively controlled by adopting appropriate optimization measures.
