摘要

为了开发超临界二氧化碳输送用大厚壁直缝埋弧焊管,对管材成分进行了设计,采用JCO工艺试制了适用超临界二氧化碳输送用X65M钢级Φ610 mm×38 mm直缝埋弧焊钢管,并对试制焊管的理化性能进行了检测.结果显示,制管后母材的屈服强度和抗拉强度均有所提升;在-30℃和-60℃时,母材、焊缝和热影响区的夏比冲击性能及硬度均满足技术要求;在模拟腐蚀环境下,试制的钢管母材及焊缝的腐蚀速率均小于0.05 mm/a,具有较好的耐二氧化碳腐蚀能力.理化试验数据分析表明,开发的X65M钢级Φ610 mm×38 mm直缝埋弧焊管能够满足超临界二氧化碳输送要求.

Abstract

In order to develop large thick wall SAWL pipe for supercritical CO2 transportation,the composition of the pipe was designed.The X65M steel grade Φ610 mm×38 mm SAWL pipe for supercritical CO2 transportation was manufactured by JCO process,and the physical and chemical properties of the pipe were tested.The results show that the yield strength and tensile strength of the base metal after tube making are improved.At-30℃and-60℃,the charpy impact properties and hardness of base metal,weld and heat affected zone meet the technical requirements.In the simulated corrosion environment,the corrosion rate of the base steel pipe and the weld is less than 0.05 mm/a,and it has a good resistance to CO2 corrosion.The analysis of physical and chemical test data shows that the developed X65M steel grade Φ610 mm×38 mm SAWL pipe can meet the requirements of supercritical CO2 transportation.
