为了探究原油加热管道的断裂失效原因,观察了管体内壁腐蚀宏观形貌,检测了原油中的介质及管体内壁、测量腐蚀坑几何尺寸,并对失效管段不同位置处进行化学成分分析、组织形貌观察和力学性能试验分析、能谱分析等.结果发现,管体理化性能均符合标准要求,原油中硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的存在是导致加热管腐蚀的主要原因,而水中Cl-的存在加速了管体内壁腐蚀.建议定期对管道进行清管,严格控制管道中水含量,同时建议开展站场腐蚀风险分析,对管体易发生腐蚀的部位加强监测.
Analysis of Corrosion Failure Cause of Crude Oil Heating Pipe
In order to explore the fracture failure causes of crude oil heating pipes,the macroscopic morphology of corrosion on the inside wall of the pipe was observed,the medium in crude oil and the inside wall of the pipe were detected,and the geometry of the corrosion pit was measured.Chemical composition analysis,tissue morphology observation,mechanical properties test analysis and energy spectrum analysis were carried out at different positions of the failed pipe section.The results showed that the physical and chemical properties of the pipe met the standard requirements.The presence of sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB)in crude oil was the main reason for the corrosion of the pipes,while the presence of Cl-in water accelerated the corrosion of the pipes.It is suggested that pipe cleaning should be carried out regularly to strictly control the water content in the pipe,and corrosion risk analysis should be carried out in the station to strengthen monitoring of the parts of the pipe body prone to corrosion.
