摘要
数据治理是企业实现数字化转型的关键基础和重大挑战.近年来,国际大型油气公司相继推出勘探开发一体化智能化协同平台来推动各业务领域的数据信息共享,国内油气企业也纷纷自上而下启动了集团级的数据治理,完善了相关组织机构,编制发布了相关顶层设计、规范和标准,以统一的技术平台为支撑,不同程度地探索开展了勘探开发、经营管理等领域数据治理的实践.文章以中国海油为例分析了油气企业数据治理面临的挑战,介绍了中国海油勘探开发和经营管理数据治理的成果实践.
Abstract
Data governance is a key foundation and a major challenge for enterprises to realize digital transformation.In recent years,large international oil and gas enterprises have launched integrated intelligent collaboration platforms for exploration and development to promote data and information sharing in various business areas,and domestic oil and gas enterprises have also launched top-down data governance at the group level,improved relevant organizations,prepared and released relevant top-level designs,specifications and standards,and explored and carried out data governance practices for exploration and development,operation management,and other fields to varying degrees,with the support of a unified technical platform.This paper takes CNOOC as an example to analyze the challenges faced by data governance in oil and gas enterprises,and introduces the achievements and practices of data governance in exploration and development,operation management of CNOOC.
