摘要
中小城市的化工产业在地方产业布局中具有举足轻重的发展地位,因而评估其技术创新水平将有利于实现当地化工产业高质量发展.文章以日照市为例,利用熵权法从经济支撑力、技术基础、转化能力和创新环境四个方面评估了2012-2021 年其化工产业技术创新的综合指标,并依据数据评估结果提出相应的科技创新提升对策.建议中小型城市要促进化工产业技术创新,需要提升数字化与工业互联网发展能力,促进产业高质量发展;加强人力资源管理,促进团队创新意识;扩展研发融资渠道,提升科技创新水平;加强化工产业内部治理,改善制度质量促进创新产生;促进绿色化工产品应用范围,加强精细化工产业发展.
Abstract
The chemical industry in small and medium-sized city is in a significant stage of development,therefore measuring its level of technological innovation will lead to high-quality growth of the regional chemical industry.This study employs the entropy value approach to evaluate the comprehensive indicators of technological innovation in chemical industry of Rizhao from the perspective of economic support,technical basis,transformation capacity,and innovation environment from 2012 to 2021.And based on the evaluation’s findings,it suggests appropriate countermeasures to promote technological and scientific innovation.According to this study,small and medium-sized city should strengthen its digitalization and industrial Internet development capabilities to support high-quality industrial development,its human capital management system to support team innovation awareness,its R&D financing channels to support scientific and technological innovation,its internal governance system to support chemical industry quality improvement,and its application range of green chemical products to support the growth of the chemical industry.
