Offshore oil extraction operations usually needs contractor to do some work.However,works which need contractor always involve a number of high-risk operations and is difficult to manage.This article mainly elaborate the main features of offshore oil contractor works,and analysis the difficulty of offshore oil contractor works from some aspects include level of education,mobility,risk,mental health and security exercise.Propose six measures(improve the execution ability of safety management personnel,clarify the responsibilities of both parties,strictly implement the approval process of the work permit,increase the contractor education ways,carry out characteristic contractor management promotion activities,pay attention to the mental health of the contractor)of enhancing the offshore oil contractor management level for the discussion of the readers.
