摘要
为了更好地控制加油站工程建设项目的建设成本,避免竣工结算超出批复投资估算,保障加油站建设项目的经济效益,建设单位应采取必要的措施对项目进行全周期的投资控制.文章针对加油站工程建设中投资控制常见的问题及难点进行了剖析,并结合工程建设实践,提出了相应的控制措施,希望对加油站工程建设投资控制研究起到借鉴作用.
Abstract
In order tor control the construction cost of gas station construction projects better,avoid completion settlement exceeding the approved investment estimate,and ensure the economic benefits of gas station construction projects,the construction unit should take necessary measures to carry out full cycle investment control of the project.This article analyzes the common problems and difficulties in investment control in gas station engineering construction,and proposes corresponding control measures based on engineering construction practice.It is hoped to provide reference for research on investment control in gas station engineering construction.
