概预算编制是工程项目实施过程中不可或缺的重要环节,是工程造价管理的核心内容,因此概预算编制工作对工程项目顺利实施具有重要意义.文章首先对概预算编制概念及方法进行了阐述,其次从三个方面分析了概预算编制对工程造价的影响,最后重点探讨了提升概预算编制质量策略.
Abstract
Budget preparation is an indispensable and important link in the implementation process of engineering projects,and is the core content of engineering cost management.Therefore,budget preparation work is of great significance for the smooth implementation of engineering projects.This article first elaborates on the concept and methods of budget preparation,analyzes the impact of budget preparation on engineering costs from three aspects,and then focuses on exploring strategies to improve the quality of budget preparation.
