有机合成课程采用对分课堂-网络协同教学模式对人才培养的影响

有机合成课程历来都是高校化学、化工、医药等专业开设的重要课程之一,学生学好有机课程是培养优秀有机合成人才的基础。文章采用了对分课堂与网络的协同教学模式,并从教学特点、课堂规划、案例实施方面探索有机合成课程改革效果及其对人才培养的影响。对分课堂与网络的协同教学模式可使学生深入理解、快速掌握有机合成的精髓,并能激发学生学习的主观能动性,从而提高学生学习深度。所培养学生的专业基础扎实,实践能力强,创新意识和能力也有所增强。对分课堂协同网络教学模式也具有"平急两用"特点,能适合多种教学环境,有望作为教学范式应用到其他课程,为培养更多优质人才提供理论和实践基础。
Coordination Mode of PAD Classroom and Network Teaching Platform to Cultivate the Organic Synthesis Talents
Organic synthesis is an important course for chemistry,chemical engineering,medicine,and other majors.Students have a good grasp of organic synthesis knowledge is the basis of cultivating excellent organic synthesis talents.To training the talents with independent thinking and deep learning abilities and solve the problem as the plenty of contents,different needs and unclear teaching methods,the paper study a coordination teaching mode of PAD classroom and network teaching platform.The coordination mode could improve students’depth of learning and enable students to deeply understand the essence of organic synthesis.The collaborative teaching model has the characteristics of"normal or emergency use",which can be suitable for a variety of teaching environments and courses,and is expected to cultivate the more excellent talents.
