半潜平台功能舱室内检测智能化研究

针对某深水半潜式储油平台凝析油舱内检测所面临的舱室深、清洗难度大、人员进舱坠落风险高和窒息等困难与风险,通过分析舱室内部结构,研究出一种使用系缆无人机+地面供电系统组成的智能检验检测装置,利用在无人机上所搭载的检测设备来完成舱室内部结构建模、防腐锌块尺寸测量、舱壁外检测和壁厚测量任务,从而实现在舱室外的智能化检测.此方案不仅解决了传统作业过程中人员进舱坠落或窒息风险,还提高检测效率约 80%,节省检验检测费用约224 万元/5 a.
Research on Intelligent Internal Ispection of Semi-submersible Platform Functional Cabins
In response to the difficulties and risks faced by the inspection of the condensate tank of a certain deep-water semi-submersible oil storage platform,such as cabin depth,difficulty in cleaning,high risk of personnel falling into the cabin,and suffocation,an intelligent inspection and detection device composed of a tethered drone and ground power supply system is developed by analyzing the internal structure of the cabin.Utilize equipment such as lidar visible light fusion mapping phase and ultrasonic thickness gauge installed on unmanned aerial vehicles to complete tasks such as modeling the interior structure of the cabin,measuring the size of anti-corrosion zinc blocks,detecting the exterior of the cabin walls,and measuring wall thickness,thereby achieving intelligent detection outside the cabin.This solution not only solves the risk of personnel falling or suffocating during traditional operations,but also improves detection efficiency by about 80%,saving inspection and testing costs of about 2.24 million yuan per five years.
