中东某油田的中心处理站由原油处理厂、天然气处理厂、水处理厂和电厂组成,可实现油、气、水、电的综合处理.为确保安全高效运营,文章提出一体化安全管理的概念,并详细介绍了在该中心处理站中实施的一体化安全管理措施,以提升中心处理站的安全管理水平,增强员工安全意识,确保生产作业的可靠性.
Abstract
The central processing facility in an oilfield in the middle east consists of crude oil processing plants,natural gas processing plants,water treatment facilities,and a power plant,enabling comprehensive treatment of oil,gas,water,and electricity.To ensure safe and efficient operations,this paper introduces the concept of integrated safety management and elaborates on the implementation of integrated safety management measures at the central processing facility.The aim is to enhance the safety management level,raise employee safety awareness,and ensure the reliability of production operations.
