Design and Performance Study of An Automatic Cleaning Efficient Biofilm Reactor
In the context of rural revitalization and improvement of farmers’living standards,it is urgent to effectively treat rural domestic sewage.When the designed automatic high-efficiency biofilm reactor is started,the sewage flow from the sewage plant is used,and the incoming water reaches the following conditions:COD is 339.2 mg/L±93.2 mg/L,NH4+-N is 46.3 mg/L±12.1 mg/L,TSS is 123.1 mg/L±30.9 mg/L.Within 10 days of starting the self-cleaning high-efficiency biofilm reactor,the removal rates of synchronously rising COD and NH4+-N show a significant trend,and the final removal rates reach 80%and 90%.respectively,This indicates that the system can better adapt to wastewater with significant water quality fluctuations,and the system’s wastewater treatment meets the secondary standard for rural water quality treatment.
