摘要
9%Ni钢焊接属于LNG工程项目中比较关键的施工内容,文章以某LNG工程项目为例,将LNG项目内罐壁板安装以及焊接过程中产生的质量问题进行分析,并制定预防措施.针对壁板安装以及焊接过程中产生的垂直度、组对间隙、母材损伤、未熔合、裂纹、气孔等缺陷逐项进行分析,制定对策,将产生的缺陷进行处理,同时防患于未然,制定预防措施,在一定程度上减少了质量缺陷的产生.
Abstract
The welding of 9%Ni steel is one of the key construction contents in LNG engineering project.Taking a LNG engineering project as an example,this paper analyzes the quality problems in the installation and welding of the inner tank wall plate of LNG project,and develop preventive measures.In view of the verticality,group gap,damage of base metal,non-fusion,crack and Gas Hole,etc,which are produced in the course of the installation and welding of the wall plate,this paper analyzes them one by one,formulates the countermeasures,and deals with the defects,at the same time,preventive measures,to a certain extent,reduce the production of quality defects.
