压缩机检修后开机联轴端振动异常分析与处理

加氢循环氢压缩机组检修后开机过程中,压缩机联端径向轴承两个测点振值异常,压缩机非联端及汽轮机其他运行参数处于正常范围。经过分析与诊断,判断是联轴器处出现不平衡导致压缩机联端振动异常升高。停机后检查发现联轴器螺栓回装时有两颗螺栓未按要求安装,引起了机组的轴系不平衡,将联轴器螺栓按要求重新安装后,再次开机各参数正常。
Analysis and Handling of Abnormal Vibration at the Coupling End of the Compressor after Maintenance
During startup of the Hydrogen cycle hydrogen compressor unit after maintenance,the vibration values of two measuring points of the radial bearing at the coupling end of the compressor were abnormal,and the non coupling end of the compressor and other operating parameters of the turbine were within the normal range.After analysis and diagnosis,it was determined that the imbalance at the coupling caused an abnormal increase in the vibration of the compressor coupling.After the shutdown,it was found that two bolts were not installed as required when the coupling bolts were installed back,causing the unit’s shafting to be unbalanced.After the coupling bolts were reinstalled as required,all parameters were normal when the machine was started again.
