摘要
高压设备(容器)在高校实验室科研、教学项目中应用日益广泛,但该类设备具有较高的风险性.文章从高压气瓶、微型反应釜、高压灭菌锅方面探究高校实验室高压设备(容器)安全管理对策.从落实安全管理责任,保证设备(容器)本质安全性,完善定期检验制度,针对高风险实验方案开展风险评估及应急预案,高压设备(容器)的使用实行持证上岗制度等方面进行了深入探讨,以期为高校实验室高压设备(容器)安全管理提供新的思路.
Abstract
High pressure equipment(containers)are increasingly widely used in scientific research and teaching projects in university laboratories,but this type of equipment carries high risks.This article explores the safety management strategies for high-pressure equipment(containers)in university laboratories from the perspectives of high-pressure gas cylinders,micro reactors,and high-pressure sterilization pots.This paper makes a thorough discussion on implementing the management responsibility,ensuring the Intrinsic safety of equipment(containers),improving the regular inspection system,carrying out risk assessment and emergency plans for high-risk experimental schemes,and implementing the employment system with certificates for the use of high-pressure equipment(containers).To provide new ideas for the safety management of high-pressure equipment(containers)in university laboratories.
