Safety Risk Factors and Control Countermeasures in Chemical Process Design
In recent years,the chemical industry has shown a good development trend.However,due to the complex process route of the chemical industry,chemical materials often have the characteristics of high risk,which is easy to appear safety risk accidents in the production process.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct scientific and normative chemical process design,so as to effectively reduce the probability of safety risk accidents.On this basis,this paper first describes the importance of safety risk control in the process of chemical process design,and then introduces the types of risks in the process of chemical production,and on this basis,puts forward relevant strategies to control the safety risk of chemical process design.
