高防腐耐磨镍钨镀层抽油杆的研究

抽油杆是石油钻采设备抽油机的关键性部件,提高抽油杆的防腐耐磨性能,延长其使用寿命对降低钻井成本具有重要意义。文章在抽油杆表面电沉积制备镍钨镀层,分析了钨合金镀层的成分、组织结构、表面形貌、硬度、附着力、在中性盐雾中的耐蚀性及其在模拟高含H2S和CO2 环境的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,镍钨镀层抽油杆表面光亮、致密,具有良好的结合力和高硬度,在中性盐雾和高温高含硫介质中耐蚀性优良,可显著延长使用寿命,降低综合成本。
Study on High Anticorrosion and Wear-resistant Ni-W Coating Sucker Rod
Sucker rod is a key component of the pumping unit of oil drilling equipment.Improving its anti-corrosion and wear resistance and prolonging its service life are of great significance to reducing the drilling cost.In this paper,nickel-tungsten coating was prepared by electrode position on the surface of rod.The composition,microstructure,surface morphology,hardness,adhesion,corrosion resistance in neutral salt spray and corrosion resistance in simulated environment with high H2S and CO2 content were analyzed.The results show that nickel-tungsten coating has bright,dense surface,good bonding force and high hardness,and excellent corrosion resistance in neutral salt spray and high temperature and high sulfur medium,which can significantly extend the service life and reduce the comprehensive cost.
