Optimization of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Scheme for Coal-to-ethylene Glycol DMO Production
The DMO device,as the core equipment in the production process of coal-to-ethylene glycol,has a consistently high level of energy consumption.In order to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction,it is necessary to further explore energy-saving measures for the DMO device based on actual conditions.This includes reasonable recovery and utilization of waste heat,optimization of equipment selection and other means.Through these measures,not only can expand production scale,but also effectively reduce energy consumption,thus achieving the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.The paper first summarizes the basic knowledge of coal-to-ethylene glycol,then deeply explores its production energy saving principles,and finally proposes specific energy-saving and emission reduction measures for the DMO device.
