摘要
在氯碱生产作业之前,应针对氢气尾气拟定吸收处理方案.然而,由于生产设备、人员以及工艺等条件的不同,所以在拟定处理方案时,应根据实际条件比较多种吸收处理方案.基于此,文章以氯碱生产为核心,强调尾气吸收处理重要性,提出几种适用的吸收处理方案,然后对各种吸收处理方案进行比较分析.
Abstract
Before the production of chlor-alkali,an absorption treatment plan should be formulated for hydrogen tail gas.However,due to differences in production equipment,personnel,and process conditions,multiple absorption treatment plans should be compared based on actual conditions when formulating the treatment plan.Based on this,the paper focuses on chlor-alkali production,emphasizes the importance of tail gas absorption treatment,proposes several applicable absorption treatment plans,and then compares and analyzes various absorption treatment plans.
