Analysis and Treatment of Air Pollutants in Textile Printing and Dyeing Profession
With the rapid development of China's textile printing and dyeing industry,the air pollutants emitted in the production process of printing and dyeing,textile and other industries have also increased year by year,and the impact on the environment has attracted increasing attention.The pollutants discharged by the printing and dyeing industry mainly include:organic waste gas(including organic solvents,dyes,auxiliary by-products,etc.),dusty gas(including dust generated during textile processing),ammonia-containing gas(including ammonia gas and ammonia water),etc.Taking a textile printing and dyeing factory as an example,this paper analyzes the types and emission characteristics of air pollutants from textile printing and dyeing industry,introduces the advanced technologies for controlling air pollutants at home and abroad,and puts forward some suggestions from the pollution control level.
