摘要

控制系统优化是工业智能化发展的基础,济南炼化通过控制系统全流程自动优化项目对生产装置进行PID参数整定,结合内模控制,实现智能优化,大幅提升了生产装置自动控制水平,为装置长周期自动平稳生产奠定了基础.装置平稳率和产品合格率得到提高.自动化水平的提升有助于提高企业经济效益,助力企业可持续发展.

Abstract

Control system optimization is the basis for the development of industrial intelligence.Ji'nan Refining and Chemical set PID parameters of the production unit through the automatic optimization project of the whole process of the control system,combined with internal model control to achieve intelligent optimization,which greatly improves the automatic control level of the production unit and lays the foundation for the long-term automatic and stable production of the device.The device stability rate and product qualification rate have been improved.The improvement of automation level helps to improve the economic benefits of enterprises and assist in their sustainable development.
