Application and Prospect of Riser Reset Technology in Tapping the Potential of Offshore Old Oilfields
With the continuous exploitation of offshore oilfields,the reserves of oilfields are gradually decreasing,and it is impossible to provide oil resources to the society for a long time.Against this background,tapping the potential of old oilfields has become a key content of oilfield exploitation.However,a large number of practices have shown that there are still problems such as tight well slot resources when tapping the potential of old oilfields,which is not conducive to tapping the potential of old oilfields.In order to improve the efficiency of tapping the potential of old oilfields,it is necessary to strengthen the transformation of old slots,among which the reset technology of risers is a relatively good technical means.This paper introduces the reset technology of risers,and takes an offshore oilfield project as an example to analyze the first application of this technology in tapping the potential of old oilfields,and discusses its application prospects and significance,providing support for the promotion of the reset technology of risers.
