摘要
文章根据国家最新法律法规要求,结合工作实践,阐述了当前非煤矿山安全生产责任制在执行过程中面临的问题,针对非煤矿山全员安全生产责任制的建立和落实提出了相应的建议措施,对非煤矿山企业加强安全生产管理,落实全员安全生产责任制具有重要参考意义.
Abstract
According to the requirements of the latest national laws and regulations,combined with the work practice,this paper expounds the current problems faced in the implementation of the safety production responsibility system in non-coal mines,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures for the establishment and implementation of the safety production responsibility system in non-coal mines,which has important reference significance for non-coal mine enterprises to strengthen the safety production management and implement the safety production responsibility system.
