摘要
近年来,化工企业发生的化工装置爆炸、火灾、中毒等安全事故,多数是由生产过程中的有毒有害物质泄漏、扩散,或因管理不当、设备故障等原因引发.这些事故的发生,严重威胁到企业员工生命财产安全,影响社会和谐稳定.文章从化工企业重点环保设施安全管理现状出发,提出了加强重点环保设施安全管理的措施.
Abstract
In recent years,chemical equipment explosion,fire,poisoning and other safety accidents occurred in chemical enterprises,most of which are caused by the leakage and diffusion of toxic and harmful substances in the production process,or due to improper management,equipment failure and other reasons.The occurrence of these accidents seriously threatens the life and property safety of enterprise employees and affects social harmony and stability.Based on the current situation of safety management of key environmental protection facilities in chemical enterprises,this paper puts forward some measures to strengthen safety management of key environmental protection facilities.
