摘要
对于一般的火灾来说,石油化工企业所产生的火灾具有更大的危害性,严重威胁消防救援人员生命安全以及石油化工企业的财产安全.文章从石油化工企业火灾存在易燃易爆、含有毒有害物质等安全隐患入手,提出制定战略、调度人员、灵活应变、后勤保障以及创新科技等五个方面的优化救援措施,确保石油化工企业的消防救援人员安全,为石油化工行业高质量发展保驾护航.
Abstract
Compared with the general fire,the fire caused by petrochemical enterprises has greater harm,which seriously threatens the life safety of fire rescue personnel and the property safety of petrochemical enterprises.Starting from the safety hazards of fire in petrochemical enterprises,such as inflammable and explosive,containing toxic and harmful substances,the paper puts forward five aspects of optimization rescue measures,such as formulating strategy,dispatching personnel,flexible response,logistics support and innovative technology,to ensure the safety of fire rescue personnel in petrochemical enterprises and escort the high-quality development of the petrochemical industry.
